SLIXS, formerly known as Stouxingers, is a German a cappella ensemble that performs using the human voice alone. Featuring a distinctive lineup of one female and five male vocalists, the group unleashes an explosive sonic energy—imitating trumpets, jazz drums, percussion, and a wide spectrum of environmental sound effects. As early as 2006, they won the Audience Prize twice at the International A Cappella Competition in Graz, Austria—and they have continued touring with the same lineup ever since.
